ORDER VERIFICATION

When ordering please verify the correct shipping address. Metabeauty will apply a $15.00 undelivered order and corrections to shipping addresses, caused by customer error.

Customer safety and security are the utmost priority of Metabeauty. As a result, Metabeauty seeks to maintain an optimal shopping environment that protects all parties against identity theft and fraud by preventing unauthorized purchases. Metabeauty has developed an algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases:

•   The shipping address provided in the order is different from the billing address

•   Billing address on the customers order does not match the credit card used in the transaction

•   Unusual shopping patterns

Orders subjected to verification may require additional supporting documentation prior to the order being shipped. To ensure a successful transaction, please ship your order to the billing address listed with your credit card. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by customer 

Metabeauty LLC will process orders between 1-2 business days. If you decide to cancel your order and it has already been shipped out, we will gladly be able to process a return with proof of your cancellation attempt within 48 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we will have to have the products in our possession prior to the completion of the refund process. Purchases must be in its original, new, unused, unwashed , unaltered state. In addition, all tags must be attached, packaged and in new condition for refund. You will need to send your original receipt/ invoice back. We will not honor an exchange without the original receipt/ invoice. You will receive an invoice via email as well as within the purchased package. We will need to receive the receipt located within the package prior to the issuance of a return.

Metabeauty LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and/ or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations.

In order to use the Metabeauty website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondences may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support, and accounts including email. We collect full name, email address, shipping address, phone number, billing address and credit/ debit card information.

Fraud

We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify your identity to ensure the transaction if legitimate. If so, this may cause some delays in your shipping time. It is best to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address to ensure a quick and timely delivery.
