shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed and received within 3-7 business days. On average, customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the time the order was placed. During large sales, shipping can take up to 10 business days in relation to the volume of sales. Metabeauty ships Nationwide 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as  a business day. Orders placed Friday- Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday.

 

International shipping

Once shipped, international orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery. During large sales,  shipping can take up to 14 business days in relation to the volume of sales. For specific international delivery times, please refer to the USPS website. For more information regarding international shipping please view below. Metabeauty ships worldwide 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as  a business day. Shipping Delays
All orders are subject to order verification. Orders, where the billing address differs from the shipping address, may be subject to security checks. This may cause a delay in your order. When using PayPal we suggest the customers shipping address that is confirmed on the PayPal website. We highly suggest customers use the same billing address as their shipping address to prevent shipping delays, that may result from the mandatory verification checks. If the billing address differs from the shipping address, we suggest checking out with PayPal to prevent order delays. 
Metabeauty is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the exact address that is entered on our website. Providing an incomplete and or incorrect shipping address is the primary cause of shipping delays. Upon completion of your order, please verify that all delivery information is true and accurate to ensure a successful and timely delivery. If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for all reshipment costs.

Additional International order specifications
Prices quoted on www.metaxbeauty.com includes products purchased as well as shipping. Pricing does not include duties, taxes or customs fees. International orders may be subjected to custom and duty charges. Metabeauty will not be responsible for these additional fees. This is pertaining to your country’s rules. Please note that international customers are responsible for any fees such as import duties, customs, and local taxes that may be required for delivery to your country. Duties, customs and taxes vary by country; so, we recommend contacting your country's local customs department for estimated rates. International shipping is 6-10 business days via USPS. However, Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance. Metabeauty is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearances. 

 

Tracking your order
After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number, before you begin tracking your package.

return & exchange policy

Return Policy
We at Metabeauty strive to provide our customers with quality products for a quality price. We want to be known for not only our awesome products, but the customer care that is delivered with our customer service. We understand that for unconventional reasons, things do happen. Therefore, at Metabeauty, we will accept returns only in exchange for store credit. All exchanges of credit will be that of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee, however, is non- refundable. All sales are final. For exchanges, products must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed , unaltered state. In addition, all tags must be attached, packaged and in new condition for exchange credit. You will need to send your original receipt/ invoice back. We will not honor an exchange without the original receipt/ invoice. You will receive an invoice via email as well as within the purchased package. We will need to receive the receipt located within the package prior to the issuance of an exchange. We will honor one exchange.

Items purchased during sales


As a benefit to our customers, Metabeauty hosts several sales throughout the calendar year. During sales events, all purchases are sold as is and are considered final sale. Please be sure that the items within your cart are true and correct prior to purchasing. During sales, Metabeauty does not offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final! 

Shipping back products
We recommend that you send your package back via US Postal Insured Priority Mail, as we are not responsible for lost packages. We also recommend using a tracking method when shipping back products. 

Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 business days. If you know of the products you would like as an exchange, we recommend that you advise us prior to your return. As we will be able to process your exchange and new order at once for a faster delivery of your new products.
