Our hair is not sold in packs, but in roughly 3.5- 4 oz bundles. We recommend that you will need at least three bundles to complete your entire head for lengths over 18”. For lengths over 24", we recommend using 4 bundles or more. For lengths Over 28", we recommend 5 Bundles or more. In order to achieve fullness, typically more bundles are required for longer lengths.

We do not compromise on quality. Our extensions are silky soft to the touch and they are thick from root to tip. Shorten length, add length, add volume, and colour safely, its all up to you. Our extensions are the best canvas for experimenting with new styles all while protecting your natural tresses.

Orders are processed and received within 3-7 business days. On average, customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the time the order was placed. During large sales, shipping can take up to 10 business days in relation to the volume of sales. Bulk and custom orders may take up to 14 businesss days for shipping. Metabeauty ships Nationwide 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. We will accept returns only in exchange for store credit. All exchanges of credit will be that of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee, however, is non- refundable. All sales are final. For exchanges, products must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed , unaltered state.
