During large sales, shipping can take up to 10 business days in relation to the volume of sales. Bulk and custom orders may take up to 14 businesss days for shipping. Metabeauty ships Nationwide 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. We will accept returns only in exchange for store credit. All exchanges of credit will be that of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee, however, is non- refundable. All sales are final. For exchanges, products must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed , unaltered state.
